FAQ’s
Both individuals and businesses (for personal or professional use) may rent laptops.
The cost to rent a laptop is determined by its specifications and the length of time it will be needed. Our entry-level laptop is available for roughly Rs. 1500 per month.
Laptops of the following brands are available on rental basis:-
- HP
- Apple
- Dell
- Asus
- Lenovo
- Acer
Up to 2 working days prior to the scheduled delivery date, you may change the items in your order. You can phone us or email us the details of the alteration.
Note:- Changes may affect the delivery date and time.
- Rent and the security deposit will be charged in accordance with the modified order's items.
- Changing the agreement to someone else’s name is not permitted.
- You should notify laptop-rental.com of any address changes 2 weeks before the move; the move should only take place when the new address and updated address proof have been submitted.
It is possible to arrange for the equipment to be returned before the predetermined rental period has ended. In this situation, you'll be charged 50% of the remaining rental duration. i.e. 50% of (Agreed Rental Tenure – Actual Rental Tenure).
An order that has already been delivered, cannot be canceled. By contacting us, you can seek a cancellation up to two working days prior to the delivery date.
If a clean chit is produced after the product collection and inspection, that is, if there is no loss / breakage or damage due to carelessness, fire or water, and all your dues have been cleared, the whole amount of the refundable deposit will be paid to the account from which the initial deposit was received.
The payment will be made through NEFT and credited to your account in 3 working days. The customer on whose name the order was placed should appear on the NEFT details provided. If payments are to be made into a separate account, the necessary account information must be sent through email from the registered email address used to place the transaction.
In case of damage to the equipment, the deposit amount will then be used to offset the cost of the damage.
